Ballast Car

Our ballast car can be pulled at up to 40 mph* (top-left), can be easily loaded (top right), be transported on a flatbed truck (lower-left) and works in unison with tampers and regulators (lower-right).

* Hudson ROI Equipment's unique self-steering suspension enables the machine to travel at 40 mph, producing less wheel wear and wheel-rail noise. This custom-designed suspension system was tested and documented at the NRC (National Research Council) in Ottawa, Canada
